That's right! Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, business-minded individual that will assist in ensuring our team and dogs are safe and having fun as a Pet Parent Relationship Manager. This role will be focused on Sales and Service- working in front of house while at times assisting with dogs in back of house.

This is a position that will keep you on your feet for the day, while assisting customers and working with dogs.

Creating business for the daycare and maintaining great relations with our Pup's Parents!

This person should love dogs- and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you! What a bonus!

Other Required Skills/ Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent computer skills for multiple platforms Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to coach and give feedback to employees. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Able to work flexible hours.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience in a supervisory role in a professional environment. Franchise experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of walking and standing, up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Other Requirements:
Must love dogs.
