PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Office Administrator/ Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers and supports the daily operations of ServiceLab Home & Auto Glass. This position is responsible for customer communications, scheduling, administrative support, documentation, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars. Prepare estimates, invoices, and work orders. Process payments and maintain accurate records. Assist with insurance claim documentation and communications. Maintain customer files and company records. Coordinate with technicians regarding job status and scheduling. Order and track office supplies as needed. Support daily office operations and customer service initiatives. Represent Service Lab professionally at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to multitask and remain organized. Professional appearance and demeanor. Prior office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in person. Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 25 pounds.
