Pay:
$21/hour plus commissions
Hours:
Full-time:
40 hours/week (4/10 hour days, including one weekend day a week)
Summary:
Nevada Pic A Part is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative Supervisor to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives in the auto and truck parts industry. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring superior customer service, managing team performance, and improving overall efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications:
Punctual, reliable, and professional Knowledge of auto and truck parts Decisive, innovative problem solver Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and transition team members across duties Dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for improving customer experience and team performance Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in customer service and/or sales management required Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Open and close the storefront, manage employee daily schedules, breaks, and task lists Welcome customers, assist with their inquiries, and guide them to the right solutions Hold team members accountable for delivering excellent service with a friendly attitude Monitor customer service operations, including tracking parts orders and team member productivity Train employees on company software, policies, and procedures Set, communicate, and follow up on goals and tasks for the team to ensure accountability Foster a culture of excellence in customer service through accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude Identify areas of improvement in operational efficiency and implement solutions Master company software to assist customers and support team members Handle customer transactions (cash and card) using the company's point of sale system Proactively resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
