The right candidate(s) will show passion for customer service, be smitten by details, love weddings, and enjoy organization. This is a fast-paced environment! Be ready to learn quick and adapt fast! This position has growth potential! ~
Specific Job Functions:
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties including checking couples in/out and filing paperwork, as necessary.
  • Build effective relationships with clients by offering First Class Customer Service while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and build effective relationships with other company departments/properties.
  • Provide suggestions and guidance to couples regarding all aspects of their wedding on the day of.
  • Maintain accurate guest correspondence on-site to ensure excellence in customer service and professionalism.
  • Maintain a broad base of office skills with personal flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing demographics of the wedding industry.
  • Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Be an experienced, organized, meticulous, imaginative, creative, people-person, possessing mature judgment, patience, and the expertise to orchestrate wedding events ~ Requirements of this
Position:
  • 2 Years in customer service or retail positions
  • Will accept hospitality and/or food and beverage service background
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Flexibility to work any shift as needed
  • Ability to prioritize & meet deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as an individual is necessary
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must have a cheerful outlook and remain calm under pressure
  • Health and TAM card are a plus!
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus!

  • Wages are Base plus
