Corning, NY 14831 | Onsite | Full-Time About the Role Join a fast-paced commercial team at a leading optical fiber manufacturer as a Customer Service Coordinator II. Based onsite at Corning Valley, you will manage domestic and international customer accounts, ensure seamless order processing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position offers opportunities to expand your skills in logistics, order management, and customer relations within a global, innovative environment. Responsibilities Execute accurate and timely order entry using PeopleSoft and SAP systems Manage logistics for export and domestic orders, including carrier selection and shipment bookings Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure adherence to promised dates Maintain and update customer profiles, buying agreements, and ensure data accuracy Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues efficiently Support sales teams with reporting and data analysis Process credits, rebates, and manage RMA system updates Develop technical product knowledge to advise customers and generate quotes Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers Participate in special projects and business initiatives as needed Required Skills and Experience Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience 2+ years in customer service or a corporate environment Exceptional attention to detail Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint Team player with a customer-focused mindset Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience with PeopleSoft and SAP order management systems Knowledge of optical fiber industry processes Advanced Excel proficiency Proactive approach to change and continuous improvement Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($17.88 $21.54/hr) Health and compulsory benefits in compliance with Pay Transparency laws Opportunities for professional development and cross-team collaboration Positive, supportive onsite work environment with minimal travel How to Apply Submit your application online with your updated resume.
