Customer Care & Service Manager Job Overview:
The Customer Care & Service Manager plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring the accurate tracking and efficient scheduling of maintenance activities. Acting as the central liaison between facility staff, maintenance teams, and clients, this position ensures service requests are managed professionally and promptly. The manager leads efforts to optimize system performance, analyze service data, and implement best practices that improve both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on communication, problem solving, and service excellence, this role supports the reliability and effectiveness of facility operations.
Qualifications:
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications and computers. High school diploma preferred, but not necessary. Must possess, or be able to obtain, requisite vocational or technical training and certifications. Must be able to operate in various indoor, outdoor environments and conditions. Possession of a valid New York State driver's license required. Must be able to effectively model and communicate The Center for Discovery's philosophy, culture and practices.
