Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free uniforms Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Operations Manager (Customer-Focused Operator) Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Rochester Rochester, NY Build Something From Day One We're launching a new restoration company in Rochester backed by a national brand - and we're looking for a high-level, customer-focused operator to help run business operations. You'll work directly with the owner and help build the company from the ground up , keeping operations tight, customers taken care of, and the business moving forward every day. Requirements Strong customer-facing background ( retail, restaurant, hospitality, or restoration ) Experience promoting brand and seeing opportunity to generate new business Highly reliable - shows up, follows through, and gets things done Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency Strong communicator (phone, in-person, email) Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Tech-savvy and comfortable using systems, apps, and digital tools Understands tools, trades, or has general handyman-type awareness Desire and ability to do physical labor Rewards $1,250/week (40-50 hrs) + Growth as company grow Ground-floor opportunity - help build the company from day one Directly work with owner High-responsibility role with real impact on business performance Fast-paced environment Clear path to grow into a larger leadership role as the company scales Target start date: Late July 2026 (hiring immediately) Open for business: August 17th, 2026 Responsibilities (examples, not comprehensive) Operations & Job Flow Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and job flow Keep jobs organized, on track, and moving internally Support estimating, invoicing, and job documentation Support team with proper documentation so that jobs are paid accurately and on time Financial & Administrative Manage A/P and A/R Communicate with insurance companies to support timely approvals and payment Customer Experience Handle incoming calls, customer communication, and follow-ups Ensure a high level of customer experience from first call through job completion Sales & Growth Support sales and estimating to maintain momentum with prospects and help close business Assist in building relationships with referral partners and customers Represent the company locally (BNI, chamber, trade events) to help build the brand Systems & Leadership Help build systems, processes, and structure as the company grows Communicate across the team to keep everyone aligned and executing at a high level Solve problems proactively and keep things moving without waiting for direction How We Operate Speed.
