Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager specializing in Roofing, Siding, and Windows to lead our service operations with energy and precision. Duties Lead and manage the service team responsible for roofing, siding, and window projects, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution using construction management software to ensure timely completion within budget Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings to verify project scope and specifications Utilize construction estimating tools and heavyBid software to prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals Monitor site safety protocols during construction site visits; ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards Manage project documentation including schedules, change orders, progress reports, and quality control records using tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or Schematics Skills Extensive experience with construction services Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies Proven ability in project management and coordination within roofing, siding or window installation projects Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively Familiarity with construction site safety practices and regulatory compliance standards Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members Join us as a Service Manager to lead innovative projects that transform homes while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment.
