The Manager of Purchasing and Customer Service Supply Chain Services supports Human Technologies mission of Creating Employment for People with Disabilities by leading the procurement function, managing the purchasing staff, and overseeing the customer service department. This role ensures all products and services required for compliance, customer satisfaction, and contract performance are effectively developed, sourced, and maintained. The position serves as a key operational leader responsible for supplier strategy, contract execution, customer communication, and cross-department coordination.

Vendors, SourceAmerica, NYSID, customers.
Internally collaborates with:
Vice President of Operations, Director of Logistics and Manufacturing, Purchasing Managers, Finance, Customer Service, Manufacturing/Warehouse, Buyers, Contract Manager, Information Technology
