Start as soon as this week.] Why Work With Express One application connects you with multiple local job opportunities Local recruiters helping guide you through the hiring process quickly Opportunity for long-term career growth with a stable company Primary Responsibilities Schedule field service personnel to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and preventative maintenance contract obligations Contact customers in advance to schedule maintenance visits and identify additional service needs Dispatch technicians based on skill level, urgency, location, and service requirements Respond to emergency service calls and coordinate timely problem resolution Provide logistical support including equipment coordination, purchasing, materials movement, and vehicle log tracking Support the Service Manager with status reporting, customer issue escalation, and operational coordination Assist with contract administration, renewals, equipment list updates, and accounts receivable documentation Audit service reports, purchase orders, worksheets, and supporting paperwork for accuracy Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, office staff, and field technicians Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and service support Required Qualifications Previous HVAC service industry or service coordination experience preferred Strong scheduling, dispatching, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently and under pressure Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Compensation:

$50,000
