Position details Position title Customer Experience Coordinator Reports to Customer Experience Manager Classification Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly / On-Site Position overview The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing large amounts of inbound calls and Help Desk tickets in a timely manner. They will identify customer's needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions. In addition to offering support to customers this position can serve as the primary contact between the stores and the customer. Looking for motivated professionals with a strong customer service background. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers. Must have the ability to multi-task! Fast-paced environment handling up to 100 calls and or Help Desk tickets a day.
