Position Overview We are looking for an upbeat, highly organized, and proactive House Cleaning Manager to lead our daily operations both in the office and out in the field. In this role, you will balance administrative scheduling and customer service with hands-on cleaning leadership. You'll be the positive glue holding our team together—leading by example, filling in on home cleanings when needed (typically around one home per day), and helping us recruit and onboard great people.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Administration:
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer emails promptly, and schedule client appointments efficiently.
Team Leadership:
Lead by example with high standards, maintain team morale, and assist with hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
Hands-On Cleaning:
Clean homes as needed (typically averaging ~1 home per day) and step in to cover shifts seamlessly whenever a team member is sick or out.
Quality & Culture:
Serve as a supportive team player to ensure top-tier service standards across every job.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Recent professional house cleaning experience is required. Supervisory or managerial experience is a major plus.
Attitude:
Must be a naturally happy, energetic, and positive person who brings high energy and empathy to work every day.
Reliability:
Valid driver's license and dependable, personal transportation (required for driving to client locations).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing phone calls, client emails, and team coordination.
Flexibility:
Open to discussing W2 (employee) or 1099 (independent contractor) structure during the interview process. What We Offer Consistent Monday through Friday schedule (enjoy your weekends!).
