Customer Service Sales Associate/Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting any discrepancies. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, promotions, and store policies. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrate phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling POS transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store. Ability to work in a restaurant kitchen at a fast pace.
