B2B Customer Account Manager

$21.93/hour About the Role SkySource Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Account Partner (CAP) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a defined customer portfolio—ensuring exceptional service, building strong relationships, and supporting our mission of delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day customer interactions and oversee order activity Build, strengthen, and maintain long‑term customer relationships Serve as the voice of the customer while representing company products and services Make informed decisions aligned with financial goals and customer satisfaction standards Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and code of conduct Support continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing learning within the organization Qualifications High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio 3+ years of B2B service management experience with a proven track record of relationship building Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus Background in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirable
