B Customer Account Partner Daily Tasks:
What you will do: The Customer Account Partner (CAP) plays a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of assigned business customers. This role requires a mix of relationship management, problem-solving, and business acumen. You will act as the primary advocate for customers, representing their needs while also promoting company products and services. The CAP is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in distribution and advance within the organization. Daily responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for customers, supporting order management, and ensuring key deliverables are met. The role involves making informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with the company's financial and operational objectives. All work must comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and the company's code of conduct. B2
B Customer Account Partner Qualifications/Requirements:
High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years in customer service with a focus on managing dedicated customer accounts. At least 3 years of B2B service experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus. Experience in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirable.
