Job Description
ODW Logistics is a people-focused and customer-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider committed to delivering seamless end-to-end supply chain solutions. Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions. Position Summary The Account Coordinator is responsible for handling the day-to-day data entry roles within the Account Management department. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, this role will support administrative functions, facilitate communication between teams and external partners, and contribute to report preparation. This role will identify opportunities for process improvement, resolve inquiries, and uphold exceptional customer service standards. Essential Responsibilities
- Customer Service/Problem Resolution with Clients
- Order Entry / Management /Load Maintenance
- Mode / Service selection based on order profiles
- KPI / Financial monitoring and assistance in compiling
- Appointment Management
- Internally working with Operational Support groups on load execution
- Facilitating distribution of operational reports
- Participate in CBR content generation
- Directly manage a small book of business of low tier clients
- Rate/apply rating to orders and loads
- Assist in AP/AR discrepancies
- Assist in developing/enhancing Client specific processes to Optimize Workflow

- High school or GED diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Access) preferred
- 1+ year(s) of account coordination experience preferred Capabilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Time management and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Accuracy on data entry items Physical & Mental Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:
