What You'll Do As our Client Experience Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day experience of our clinic by: Creating Exceptional Family Experiences Welcome every family and visitor Answer phones, emails, and text messages Build trusting relationships with families Ensure every interaction reflects our mission and values Provide clinic tours for prospective families Patient Onboarding Coordinate new patient intake Verify insurance benefits Collect paperwork Schedule evaluations Coordinate referrals and authorizations Maintain accurate patient records Scheduling Manage daily schedules Fill cancellations Coordinate waitlists Assist families with appointment requests Support therapists with scheduling needs Clinic Operations Maintain an organized, welcoming clinic Prepare treatment spaces Coordinate supplies and vendors Support day-to-day clinic operations Help improve systems and workflows Community Relationships Welcome referral partners Support community outreach events Build positive relationships with local providers Help families understand Grow Together's services Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves helping people Enjoys building relationships Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is highly organized Thinks proactively and solves problems Takes ownership without needing constant direction Communicates professionally and compassionately Wants to grow with an organization over time Healthcare, pediatric therapy, customer service, hospitality, or medical office experience is preferred but not required.
