We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-focused professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to help strengthen and grow our airport customer relationships. About the Role In this position, you will manage and develop existing airport accounts by building strong customer relationships, understanding operational needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and becoming a trusted resource for customers. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow-up calls with airport clients Gather information regarding airport personnel, processes, and purchasing protocols Prepare customer quotes, process orders, and respond to inquiries Recommend and support product maintenance programs and solutions Discuss available training and maintenance materials with customers Provide technical product support as needed Identify opportunities related to airfield lighting equipment upgrades, improvements, and future projects Support and implement customer appreciation initiatives Optional travel opportunities may be available What Success Looks Like Successful candidates in this role will: Build strong, trusted relationships with airport customers Consistently maintain proactive communication and follow-through Develop a deep understanding of customer operations and needs Identify opportunities to grow accounts through service, support, and product recommendations Deliver accurate quotes, timely responses, and dependable customer support Become a knowledgeable and reliable resource for customers and internal team members Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic, and customer-focused culture Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Enjoys talking with customers and excels at relationship building Has a positive, can-do attitude Is self-motivated and able to problem-solve independently Is organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Communicates professionally and confidently Thrives in a collaborative team environment What We Offer Competitive salary Health benefits Profit sharing Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-term work environment Work/life balance support Professional development opportunities Fun team-building events and celebrations Salary is commensurate with experience.
