For more than three decades, we have built our business around exceptional clothing, personal relationships, and thoughtful service. We are seeking a part-time Showroom Manager to help create a welcoming, polished experience for every client who walks through our doors. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service with the day-to-day organization and care of our showroom, inventory, and client garments. The right person will enjoy working with people, take pride in keeping things organized, and notice the details that make an experience feel effortless. What You'll Do As Showroom Manager, you will help ensure that both our clients and our clothing are well cared for from the moment they enter the showroom through final pickup.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome clients and provide attentive, professional service. Check in clients and help manage the showroom appointment schedule. Answer showroom calls and assist with client questions and requests. Prepare clothing for appointments, fittings, and client pickups. Maintain organized inventory and accurate inventory records. Coordinate garments going to and returning from tailoring and alterations. Keep client garments organized throughout the fitting and tailoring process. Assist with receiving, organizing, and preparing incoming merchandise and custom orders. Maintain clothing displays and ensure the showroom is clean, polished, and inviting. Help keep client-facing and behind-the-scenes areas organized and running smoothly. Work closely with Jeffrey and the rest of the team to provide a consistent, thoughtful client experience. Who We're Looking For You do not need to be a menswear expert when you arrive. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning and who genuinely enjoys taking care of people and details.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details. A warm, polished, and professional presence. An interest in clothing, style, fabrics, and fit. Comfort learning technology used for appointments, inventory, point-of-sale, and customer management. A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn and receive feedback. The ability to work independently and recognize what needs to be done. Experience in retail, hospitality, luxury service, menswear, tailoring, or a showroom environment is helpful but not required. Schedule & Compensation 15-20 hours per week. $25 per hour.
