Pay:
$17.00 per hour Job description: CDR General Services is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to manage both existing and new client relationships while ensuring contractor satisfaction and top-quality service delivery. This role is centered on personnel management and client service . The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between our clients, field employees, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely placements, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This position requires travel to client sites and contractor locations , so candidates must be open and willing to travel as needed. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and proactive support. Ensure both clients and contractors are satisfied with CDR's services and promptly address any concerns or issues. Coordinate closely with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure contractor assignments meet client needs. Conduct site visits and safety inspections as needed to ensure compliance and support contractor success. Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on activity, placements, and satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities to expand services or strengthen partnerships within existing accounts. Manage new account onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and strong start to the relationship. Assist with screening candidates and supporting recruitment efforts to meet client demand. Handle issue escalations and resolve conflicts effectively and professionally. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role (preferably within staffing or personnel management). Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Must be open to travel to client sites and field locations as needed. Preferred Traits Strong sense of accountability and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple client priorities under tight deadlines. Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
