What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care. Schedule appointments and manage customer communications. Follow up on leads and assist the sales team in tracking prospects. Provide customers with information about roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. Ensure a smooth experience for homeowners from first call to project completion. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and support overall office operations. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and highly coachable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy helping others. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Comfortable using phones, email, and basic computer programs/CRM systems. Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required .
