Part Time Manager

Part-Time Cookie Shop & Café Manager We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Part-Time Manager to oversee daily operations of our cookie shop and café. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality, and can lead a small team while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and/or closing procedures Manage and support staff during service hours Ensure high-quality presentation of cookies, baked goods, and café items Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Assist with light food prep, coffee service, and packaging as needed Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns Coordinate with ownership on production needs and daily priorities

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, café, or retail management preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Flexible schedule, including weekends

Hours:

Part-time (approximately 15-30 hours per week) Peak hours availability required (mornings, weekends, or lunch rush)
