This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing position focused on helping residential customers understand fiber internet services, review available options, and complete service enrollments through direct interaction in assigned neighborhoods. Your Focus in This Role Introduce residential customers to AT&T's Quantum Fiber internet services and available account options Guide customers through service enrollments, account setup, and required documentation Explain internet speeds, service availability, promotions, billing details, and account features in a clear and professional way Answer questions and provide support related to installation expectations and available internet services Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, completed enrollments, and daily activity Support team goals through consistent customer interaction and territory outreach Represent Summit Performance Company professionally during all face-to-face customer interactions This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and building professional experience in customer engagement and telecommunications. You will work directly with customers to explain AT&T's Quantum Fiber internet services, answer questions, assist with account setup, and help customers feel confident in their service selections. Who Does Well Here Strong communicators who enjoy speaking with people Individuals comfortable in customer-facing environments Goal-oriented and dependable team members with a professional attitude Candidates with customer service, hospitality, retail, telecommunications, or sales experience are encouraged to apply, though previous experience is not required This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing role involving direct interaction with residential customers regarding AT&T's Quantum Fiber internet services, account enrollments, and service-related questions within assigned territories.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
