We are looking for a customer service representative to join our growing 7 doctor veterinary hospital. The appropriate candidate should have customer service experience, preferably in veterinary medicine, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive, calm demeanor. We are a patient and team focused practice with a strong commitment to hard work in a fun environment. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, high volume phone call management, client interaction and communication, email and call back folder management, booking appointments, maintaining the front of the hospital's appearance, acting as a liaison between clients, DVMs and other team members and handling difficult situations with professionalism and tact. Compensation is based on experience and includes a generous benefit package including health, dental and vision coverage, 401k match, PTO, pet medical benefits and uniform allowance. This position requires some Saturday hours.
