We're a service-first operation built on quality work, strong systems, and a team that takes pride in taking care of our customers. We're looking for a Service Manager to elevate our day-to-day service operations. The Role You'll run our service department end to end — keeping the board full, the techs productive, and the customer experience top-notch. This is a leadership role for someone who knows residential service operations inside and out and can balance field execution with the numbers that drive the business. What You'll Do Manage daily service operations: dispatching, scheduling, and workflow through ServiceTitan Track, report on, and drive key KPIs — close rate, average ticket, revenue per tech, callback rate, membership conversion, and more Coach and support the sales side of the service team to improve close rates and consistency in the customer presentation Hold technicians accountable to performance standards while developing their skills Monitor financing usage and ensure clean, profitable job flow Partner with ownership on forecasting, capacity planning, and growth initiatives Resolve escalated customer issues and protect our reputation for quality What We're Looking For Proven experience managing a residential service department (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar trades) Strong command of service operations and dispatching Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (strongly preferred) or comparable field service management software A track record of tracking KPIs and using data to improve performance Experience coaching techs on sales process and close rate Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Electrical license or industry background a plus, but not required How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
