We're actively hiring a full-time Entry Level AT&T Assistant to join our growing telecommunications team. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales position where you'll work directly with customers to introduce wireless and internet services, explain available products and promotions, answer questions, and assist with new account enrollments, account setup, and ongoing account support. As an Entry Level AT&T Assistant, you'll spend your day meeting with customers, identifying their communication needs, recommending wireless and internet solutions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll also help manage customer accounts, process service upgrades, assist with account changes, and provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each enrollment. Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities Meet directly with cstomers to discuss wireless services, internet plans, pricing, promotions, and available account options. Educate customers on products and services while recommending solutions based on their communication and connectivity needs. Assist customers with new account enrollments, account setup, activations, service upgrades, account transfers, and account updates. Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service, professional communication, and account support. Resolve customer questions and provide solutions throughout the sales and enrollment process. Maintain accurate customer records, account information, enrollment documentation, and daily sales activity. Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to achieve customer service, sales, and account management goals. Participate in ongoing product training, sales coaching, and professional development to strengthen your knowledge of telecommunications services.
