Customer Service:

Provide customer service by answering phones, emails and web inquiries Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries in ERP and schedule accordingly Enter & schedule leads from tradeshows Greet customers, candidates and visitors Thank You cards to customers

Office Assistance:

Order uniforms, office supplies and safety supplies Maintain an organized office space for team Set the tone for the office environment and culture Order office snacks, food for meetings Assist with projects to support divisional managers Help with booking out of town accommodations Plan company events/ meetings Recognize company birthdays and anniversaries Other duties as assigned Many opportunities to volunteer!
