Group Exercise Instructor

We are looking for an experienced group exercise instructor for an outdoor 9 AM exercise class on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 9 AM. And/or 6 PM class in Sherwood on Tuesdays and Thursdays. These classes are structured for women that are beginner to intermediate level, there is no running or jumping involved. The classes include strength training, stretching and some walking. All classes are outdoors and are in a covered area during inclement weather. Responsibilities Lead engaging group fitness classes to promote health and wellness. Develop and implement customized fitness programs based on participants' needs and goals. Educate participants on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and anatomy to ensure safety. Foster a motivating and inclusive environment to enhance member retention and satisfaction. Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously improve personal training skills. Qualifications Certification in group fitness instruction Experience in program design for various fitness levels Ability to motivate and engage participants in a group setting
