Job Description

Be the Driving Force Behind an Exceptional Service Experience Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at communicating with customers? We're looking for a Service Coordinator / Claims Administrator to join our RV dealership team and play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate service appointments and assist customers throughout the repair process Communicate with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and service updates Submit and manage manufacturer warranty claims and extended service contract claims Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to ensure accurate claim processing Review repair orders and supporting documentation for claim submission Track claim approvals, payments, and outstanding balances Assist with service department administrative duties and customer follow-up Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and data entry Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with computers and office software Previous experience in warranty administration, service coordination, dealership operations, insurance claims, or office administration is required
