Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary:
The Advertiser Client Services (ACS) Campaign Coordinator's primary function is to coordinate client's artwork into the airport advertising displays. To reach their goals, the ACS Campaign Coordinator provides specifications and details to clients to successfully execute advertising campaigns from production through installation.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales, In-Field Operations, airport staff and advertising clients to successfully coordinate and execute campaigns Act as client's first point of contact to establish timelines, location display specifications, and client responsibilities through the term of their campaign. Coordinates with clients, designers and vendors to ensure artwork and copy meets CCA standards and is ready for production Manages artwork content approval with airport staff Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment to campaign goals. Triage and troubleshoot display specifications, or installation issues. Communicate issues and apply corrections to avoid additional errors. Generate and deliver to sales and advertiser client proof of performance and completion reporting. Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred. Work Experience Previous experience in advertising production, graphic design, or a related field preferred Skills Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite, prepress workflow tools, and print management systems Ability to manage production workflow, timelines, and schedules. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in analytics and reporting (e.g., preparing performance reports). Proficient in Microsoft 365 or Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and

Physical Demands The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
