Job Description
Manpower is seeking a Weekend/Weekday Onsite Supervisor to join our team! The Onsite supervisor works onsite at our client location, serving as the liaison between Manpower and our client. This individual would ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to workforce management. This role is responsible for supporting client needs, managing temporary employees, completing daily tasks and maintaining high levels of service and compliance.

Days must be flexible with schedule What's the Job? Keep up to date records of associate compliances Onboard new associates in preparation for peak Daily maintenance of tracking spreadsheets Monitor employee performance and address issues such as attendance, conduct, and productivity Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates Ability to flex schedule depending on business need What's Needed? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritze and manage multiple tasks. Proficient in excel, word, outlook and able to learn new software applications. What's in it for me?
