Job Description

Administrator/Customer Service PAP Technologies, Inc., a Lancaster PA based diverse company, is looking for a professional Administrator/Customer Service person to support our Customer Service and Administrative Departments. This is a full-time, on-site position (typically M-F) at our Lancaster PA office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy. Requirements 3-5 years of work experience in banking, accounting, customer service and/or administrative support Strong Microsoft Office skills with intermediate level Excel experience QuickBooks experience a plus Organized, detail oriented and excellent time management skills Good Communications Skills Willingness to Learn and be Flexible with Assignments Must possess valid driver's license Job Duties Prepare confidential documents and proposals for Executive Team Assist in processing and reporting for accounting Customer service and support Learn quality control tracking system, reports and labeling Work closely with Administrative Support Manager Back-up support for other Administrative Team members Welcome visitors and administer sign-in and badging of guests Inventory reporting Project expense tracking File government required documents Other duties as assigned by management Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay range: $28 to $30/hour depending on experience Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) plan with company match
