We are ideally looking for someone who has previous dealership Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager experience and can step into the role with an understanding of the automotive service process, customer communication, and the pace of a busy dealership. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service processGreet customers, identify their service and repair needs, and accurately document concernsWork closely with technicians to communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updatesReview recommended services and repairs with customers and obtain necessary approvalsBuild lasting customer relationships and help drive customer retentionPrepare and review repair orders for accuracyMonitor the progress of vehicles throughout the day and keep customers informedHelp maximize service department performance while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experienceWork closely with Service Management and the technician team to keep a busy shop running efficientlyFollow up with customers and help resolve concerns when needed What We're Looking For Previous automotive Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of automotive service and repair processesAbility to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong sales and customer service abilitiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable prioritizing throughout a busy dayA customer-first mindset and commitment to high customer satisfactionValid driver's license and reliable transportation Why You'll Love It Here Voted "Best Places to Work" 8 Years Running - Our people-first culture sets us apart.
