Job Description
Wes Carver Electric is seeking an experienced Service Manager with a strong technical background and a solid understanding of residential electrical service sales. This role requires a leader who can support technicians in the field, make sound technical and pricing decisions, and drive profitable service operations while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer experience. The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable evaluating electrical work in real time, and experienced in service-based selling, pricing, and customer communication.
