Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (QuickBooks + LTL Shipping)

• $50,000 / year + Bonus Potential About the Role We are an established, 40+ year-old provider of blasting and specialty cleaning equipment seeking a high-level Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can own order processing, shipping logistics, and customer communication independently. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
• Serve as primary contact for B2B customer inquiries
• Coordinate LTL freight shipments and carrier selection
• Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Track shipments and resolve issues
• Handle invoicing and transactions in QuickBooks
• Work with sales and operations teams Requirements
• 2-5+ years in customer service, logistics, or operations
• Strong QuickBooks experience
• Experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Strong attention to detail Preferred
• Industrial distribution, equipment, or manufacturing background
• Experience comparing freight quotes and managing carriers
• Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR) What We Offer
