About the Role We are looking for a Agency Account Technician(s) to support our personal and commercial lines team and ensure smooth operations. This role is critical in providing outstanding client service, handling day-to-day tasks, and assisting Account Managers in delivering an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities Process daily downloads and certificates promptly. Manage printing, scanning, and faxing for the team of account managers. Answer incoming calls, screen diligently, and resolve service tasks. Assist with billing inquiries, claims, audits, and policy changes. Obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license within the 90-day probationary period. Follow up on quotes and late payment notices. Maintain accurate client contact information and agency management system data. Promote EFT or pay-in-full options and educate clients on referral programs. Request Google reviews and enhance client engagement.
