Job Description

Account Coordinator
HEALTHCARE
We offer medical, vision, and dental insurance plans which are partially paid by Group Two. 401K
MATCHING
Employees are eligible to contribute to our 401(k) starting the first of the month following 1 year of employment. Group Two matches 100% of contributions up to 4% of salary.
PAID TIME OFF
Employees earn Paid Time Off (PTO) based on their years of employment (plus holidays). 0-1 years: 10 PTO Days // 1-5 years: 15 PTO Days // 5+ years: 20 PTO Days
REMOTE WORK
Our team has the freedom of setting up their own productive work-from-home environment.
YEARLY RETREAT
While we work remotely, we get together in person for a retreat event each year to brainstorm, collaborate, and strengthen our team bonds.
FLEXIBLE TIME
We know life happens during work hours, which is why we don't expect you to use your PTO time for things like vet or doctor's appointments.
