. Job Purpose The Agent Account Coordinator works with agents to provide agent with information concerning sales orders, invoices, various financing programs. They receive payments and post them to customer accounts and prepare statements. Duties and Responsibilities These are the basic duties and responsibilities of the position and must be performed competently. Basic duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Record payments on orders
  • Prepare itemized invoices and record amount due for items purchased or services rendered.
  • Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning cost of goods or services or the shipment of goods.
  • Keep records of invoices and support documents.
  • Review documents, such as purchase orders, sales orders, maps, credit memo, to compute fees or charges due.
  • Provide information concerning various financing programs to customers and agents.
  • Process financing programs and credit applications.
  • Report on customer sales data for year end, including reconciliation of accounts
  • Prepare reports related to accounts receivable and customer balances.
  • Prepare customer statements
  • Support credit manager, accounting, and finance teams as needed.
  • Complete training and attend meetings/workshops/seminars/continuing education appropriate to the position, as assigned and approved by manager.
  • Inform managers of all relevant departmental issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Comply with Wells Ag Supply policies, including Wells Ag Supply safety policies. Qualifications
  • Three years' experience in credit
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to perform detailed and complex numerical computations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver quality work under strict timelines
  • Great communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Strong decision-making skills
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
