Job Description

A growing and relationship-focused public accounting and advisory firm in Tennessee is seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee client accounting and outsourced accounting engagements Review financial statements, reconciliations, month-end close processes, and general ledger activity Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing advisory support Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and operational accounting needs Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement best practices Collaborate with tax and advisory teams to provide a high level of client service Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Prior public accounting experience strongly preferred Experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS), outsourced accounting, or related accounting leadership role Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations Experience managing client relationships and leading teams Proficiency with accounting software platforms and Microsoft Excel CPA preferred but not required Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills What the Firm Offers Competitive compensation package Comprehensive health and retirement benefits Hybrid and flexible work schedule Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity for long-term career growth and advancement Exposure to a diverse client base and advisory-focused work Strong emphasis on work-life balance and employee development Apply or reach out today to Kayla.
