Job Description

Client Success Manager (Remote) Job type:
Full-time Pay:
$58,000 - $72,000 per year, plus per-project bonus eligibility
Location:
Remote (United States)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, US business hours About Ishita Interiors Ishita Interiors is a short-term rental design firm. We turn properties into high-performing, guest-ready rentals through strong design, smart amenity planning, and a clear return-on-investment focus. We are growing our virtual design business and need someone who can own the client experience so our design team stays focused on design. About the Role The Client Success Manager is the face of Ishita Interiors to our clients. You own the client relationship from the moment a deal is signed through final delivery. You keep clients informed, supported, and confident, and you keep our internal teams on schedule. You are the single point of contact, so clients rarely need to email a designer or a founder directly. The role runs on a simple split. Our Sales Manager wins the client. You own the client experience. Our Design Manager owns the design. Your job is to make the experience feel seamless even when many people are working behind the scenes. You are not a designer, and you will not make design decisions. You are an organized, calm, and persuasive communicator who protects the client experience and holds the team accountable to its commitments. What You Will Do Onboard each client after the deal closes: confirm the schedule, the assigned team, and the prerequisites, and make sure every intake form is complete. Gather project inputs and requirements, including Matterport and 2D/3D scans. Coordinate the internal schedule with the design team and email confirmed deliverable dates to the client. Schedule and run point on all project meetings. Track milestones, surface anything that slips, and follow up with the design team before a deadline is missed. Own client-facing email threads and decide when and how to bring the design team in. Filter and clarify client questions before they reach the design team, then write clear, professional responses in coordination with the team. Attend client meetings to capture action items, manage scheduling, and keep the tone professional. You document design questions and follow up in writing rather than answering them on the spot. Red-flag quality or deliverable issues and hold the design team accountable to agreed deadlines. Escalate issues you cannot resolve to leadership. What This Role Is Not You will not create designs or make design decisions. You will not answer technical design questions live. Those go to the design team. You will not manage designers. You coordinate with them, you do not supervise them. A Sense of the Work Questions you handle: When is our next meeting? Did you receive our inspiration photos? Where do we upload our floor plans? What is the next step? Can we reschedule? Questions you route to the design team: Which sofa should we choose? Can we move the bunk room? Should we add another bedroom? What do you recommend for this space? What Success Looks Like Clients feel informed, supported, and cared for at every stage. A 4.8 out of 5 average client satisfaction score. Client messages answered within 12 to 24 hours. Projects stay on schedule, and slips are surfaced early, not discovered late. The design team stays focused on design because you absorb the coordination and communication. What We Are Looking For Three or more years in client success, client services, account management, or project coordination, ideally in a services, agency, design, construction, real estate, or hospitality setting. Exceptional written and spoken English, with a warm, professional, and reassuring style. Strong organization and scheduling skills, and the ability to manage 5 to 10 active projects at once without dropping details. The maturity and diplomacy to hold internal teams accountable while keeping relationships strong. Calm under pressure and comfortable managing demanding clients. Comfort with project and communication tools (we use Motion and Airtable), video calls, and intake forms. Self-directed and reliable working remotely. Nice to Have Familiarity with short-term rentals, interior design, or real estate. Experience with Matterport or 3D scanning. Compensation and Benefits $58,000 to $72,000 per year, based on experience. Per-project bonus eligibility tied to on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Fully remote. To Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note on why this role fits you. Strong candidates may be asked to complete a brief written communication exercise as part of the process.
