Job Description

Job Description Job Summary:
The Customer Account Coordinator supports key aerospace OEM customer accounts by assisting with the coordination of daily activities, facilitating accurate communication, and supporting alignment across internal functions. This role serves as a point of contact for routine customer interactions and provides support in proposals, program follow-up, and forecasting activities within a highly regulated and quality-driven aerospace environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support day to day activities for assigned aerospace OEM customer accounts
  • Serve as point of contact for routine customer communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests and internal actions
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and other internal teams
  • Align with Program Management on program status, milestones, and customer deliverables
  • Coordinate and Support preparation of customer quotations, including colleting inputs, validating completeness and supporting submission timelines
  • Apply standard pricing tools, contractual guidelines, and escalation processes
  • Support review of commercial terms and identify inconsistencies with company guidelines.
  • Support Mid-Term Planning (MTP) and budgeting through data collection and analysis
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines, demand forecasts, and OEM account reporting tools
  • Track key account performance metrics) and support reporting activities
  • Escalate risks, delays, or misalignments to Sales and Program Management as needed
  • Provide backup support for customer support activities, including order management and issue resolution
Job Requirements Skills & Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or manufacturing/aerospace environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/MRP system experience preferred
  • Ability to support data tracking, reporting, forecasting, and quotation support activities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Program Management
  • Understanding of customer account coordination, production/program support, or commercial operations preferred
  • Familiarity with aerospace or regulated industry standards is a plus
