Full Job Description General Function:
The Customer Experience Coordinator, B2B supports customer order management, product allocation, and sales operations across domestic and international channels. Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining customer portals, coordinating with U.S. Rep territories, and managing export orders for global partners. The position also contributes to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics F&O/D365, supports Customer Experience initiatives, and helps maintain accurate pricing and operational best practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage product allocations across all sales segments, ensuring accurate and timely distribution. Oversee product transfers and allocations specifically for ATAL and ATBR sales segments. Monitor, update, and maintain all customer portals to ensure accuracy. Order entry for four sales divisions: eCommerce, Brick & Mortar, System Solutions, and Broadcast. Support designated Rep territories within the United States. Must work in conjunction with the assigned Territory Manager to meet customer needs. Responsible for export order management for Audio-Technica global companies in Europe, China, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan. Including necessary documentation and follow-up. Serve as an active contributor in the Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP implementation, assisting the Customer Experience Manager with training materials and onboarding of internal associates. Maintain and update eCommerce pricing within Microsoft Dynamics D365. Partner with cross-functional teams, alongside the Customer Experience Manager, to develop and implement best practices that enhance the Customer Experience department. Achieve department and individual performance goals and KPIs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong intellectual acumen to make informed and sound decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette Strong analytical and time management skills. Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize and multitask. Ability to work in a results-oriented work environment. Experience in administration and high-volume office work. The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus. An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service or related field required. SAP and EDI experience. Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP experience preferred. Experience with order entry automation experience a plus. Experience with customer portals such as (BestBuy, Walmart, etc.).
