Must Have Skill Set:

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating across teams, and working in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Experience Representative will support day-to-day customer interactions, maintain professionalism in all communications, and help ensure a positive customer experience while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Job Duties:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed Maintain accurate communication and follow-up with internal and external contacts Support customer experience processes and administrative activities Use Microsoft Office and other basic computer systems to complete daily tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery Prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail Adapt to changing priorities and support a growing, fast-paced team environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required 0-1 years of prior relevant experience Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Good organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
