Job Description

Guest Experience Sales Manager We don't just take photos. We create heirlooms. At Dahlberg Portraits, we craft one-of-a-kind portrait experiences that families treasure for generations. Behind every stunning session is a team that makes people feel seen, valued, and excited to walk through our doors, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to head that team. The Role As our Guest Experience Sales Manager, you'll lead and oversee a small, close-knit team of guest experience specialists whose sole mission is to connect with warm leads and invite them into our studio for a once-in-a-lifetime portrait experience. You'll manage the day-to-day of this team, from call activity and booking performance to coaching conversations and client challenges, making sure every interaction reflects the warmth and care our brand is known for. You're equal parts sales professional and energy leader, someone who knows how to inspire a team, drive strong metrics, and create a culture where hitting goals feels exciting, not exhausting. This is relationship-building at its finest, and you'll be the leader who sets the standard for how it's done. This is primarily a remote role, with regular on-site time at our studio to lead, connect with your team, and stay plugged into the guest experience firsthand. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of guest experience specialists, building a culture of warmth, accountability, and excellence Oversee the conversion of warm leads into booked studio sessions, maintaining and growing team performance metrics Be the go-to for client challenges, resolving concerns with empathy, grace, and a genuine commitment to making things right Analyze team performance data and implement strategies to hit and exceed booking goals Partner with studio leadership to align the guest experience with our brand and vision What You Bring 5+ years of experience leading people-facing teams, with a strong track record of coaching and developing talent A natural ability to connect with people, clients and team members alike, and make everyone feel like a priority Proven success driving performance metrics in a sales, bookings, or client engagement environment Sharp conflict-resolution instincts and the composure to handle challenges with professionalism and heart A genuine love for people, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences What We Offer Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) Primarily on-site studio time with the option for some remote work A creative, passionate team that truly loves what they do The opportunity to shape something meaningful, experiences families will cherish forever Ready to lead a team that makes magic happen?
