PM Pay:

$40,000 - $45,000 per year About Creative Mines Creative Mines manufactures premium stone veneer products for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a customer-focused, organized team member who enjoys helping customers and working with a collaborative team. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with customers. Answer customer questions by phone and email. Process and manage customer orders accurately. Coordinate shipments and provide delivery updates. Work closely with the sales team to support customers and sample requests. Assist with invoicing Learn and maintain knowledge of Creative Mines products. Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience. Attend in-person team meetings and occasional customer visits or industry events. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus. Dependable, proactive, and a team player. Basic math and problem-solving skills.
