About The Company:
Our client is a growing global manufacturing organization with an expanding presence in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you will play an important role in supporting customers, sales, and day-to-day business operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Account Manager to oversee customer accounts and provide support throughout the order process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with customers and internal teams, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and monitor customer orders using an ERP system Keep account and customer records accurate and up to date Handle customer questions and requests through phone and email Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Partner with sales teams to support customer needs and account activity Coordinate returns, customized orders, and recurring order arrangements Investigate customer concerns and provide timely resolutions Provide shipping support and coordination as needed during busy periods Work closely with production, sales, marketing, and logistics teams Develop a strong understanding of products to confidently assist customers with general product and technical questions
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment Experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative workplace High school diploma or equivalent required
