Job Description

Warranty Administrator (Hybrid)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Work Environment:
Hybrid (Mondays & Fridays remote; subject to business needs) Position Summary The Warranty Administrator is a customer-focused support professional responsible for handling inquiries related to product registration, warranty claims, and coverage details. This role ensures accurate documentation of customer interactions, supports workflow coordination, and contributes to training and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and cases, ensuring a positive customer experience Provide support to distributors, dealers, and end users Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Guide customers through warranty processes and coverage details Process and follow up on warranty claims in a timely manner Deliver accurate information on products, policies, and procedures Meet performance metrics (quality, call handling, customer satisfaction) Escalate complex issues as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns Support training initiatives and maintain/update operational documentation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Experience with systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends Experience with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment JSG offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, short-term disability, 401(k), weekly pay, and more.
