Job Description
Customer Success Manager A great role for a stay at home parent. This is a role designed for someone who is highly self-motivated, and capable of making a lot of outbound calls to warm leads. You are booking appointments for our sales people from leads that filled out their information on our ads; a high volume of outbound calling is required. If you are not capable of consistently staying motivated and connecting with individuals on the phone, please do not apply. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our sales process by managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through project completion. Key Responsibilities Confirm existing appointments via phone, email, and other communication channels. Conduct outbound calls to warm leads to schedule and confirm appointments. Engage with prospects and clients in a professional, courteous manner to ensure a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update information in the CRM system. Manage and coordinate the sales calendar, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to support client needs and ensure smooth handoffs. Follow up with clients to maximize appointment attendance and address any scheduling concerns. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and internal processes. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and results-driven with a professional demeanor. Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality interactions. Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, account management, or a related role preferred. Proficiency with CRM software and scheduling tools.
