Employee Benefits Account Manager (Customer Service)

As Account Manager, you'll partner with consultants, manage client renewals, support enrollments, and ensure every detail is covered to enhance satisfaction in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do

• Manage and service employee benefits accounts from renewal through day‑to‑day support
• Coordinate carrier quoting, negotiations, and client presentations
• Support open enrollment meetings and employee education
• Collaborate with account executives on plan design, funding options, and industry trends
• Leverage agency systems and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency What We're Looking For
• Active PA Life, Accident & Health license
• 2+ years of employee benefits insurance experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
