We're seeking a detail-oriented Employee Benefits Account Manager who thrives in a team environment, offers thoughtful recommendations, and adapts easily to changing priorities. Your attention to details will help deliver outstanding service to our clients. As Account Manager, you'll partner with consultants, manage client renewals, support enrollments, and ensure every detail is covered to enhance satisfaction in a collaborative environment. What You'll Do
  • Manage and service employee benefits accounts from renewal through day‑to‑day support
  • Coordinate carrier quoting, negotiations, and client presentations
  • Support open enrollment meetings and employee education
  • Collaborate with account executives on plan design, funding options, and industry trends
  • Leverage agency systems and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency What We're Looking For
  • Active PA Life, Accident & Health license
  • 2+ years of employee benefits insurance experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
