About the Role An established referral based, residential real estate business in Centre County is looking for a part-time Licensed Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to support client communication, listing marketing, referral follow-up, social media, and field-based real estate activities. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, professional, highly organized, and confident working directly with clients and vendors. The right candidate will help create an outstanding client experience, support marketing and communication initiatives, and play a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships. An active Pennsylvania real estate license is preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain their license may also be considered. Job Type & Compensation Job Type

Approximately 30 hours per week to start Compensation
$24•32/hour, depending on experience, licensing status, client-facing ability, writing skills, and marketing experience Responsibilities Draft client emails, follow-up messages, closing communications, and post-closing touchpoints Help maintain buyer and seller communication templates Support client appreciation efforts, gifts, birthdays, home anniversaries, and referral thank-yous Help manage CRM/database touchpoints and referral follow-up Write and edit listing descriptions, property highlights, email announcements, and social media captions Assist with listing marketing, open house promotion, and property launch materials Help organize listing photos, floor plans, video links, Matterport links, and digital assets Support social media content planning and posting Once licensed, assist with showings, inspections, open houses, walkthroughs, and vendor/property appointments Ideal Candidate Warm, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients Strong written and verbal communicator Organized, dependable, and proactive Comfortable with social media, email, CRM tools, Canva, or similar platforms Able to learn and write in an established brand voice Interested in real estate, client service, marketing, and relationship-building Licensed or willing to become licensed in Pennsylvania Comfortable being in homes, meeting vendors, and representing the business professionally Helpful Experience Experience in real estate, marketing, communications, hospitality, event planning, client service, professional services, mortgage/title, or social media coordination is helpful.
